This Privacy Policy explains how the Ledger mobile app ("the App", "we") handles your information. Ledger is a personal money-tracking app. All of your ledger data is stored locally on your own device, and we do not operate any server that collects or stores your data.
(a) Entries you create. Income/expense amounts, categories, dates, and memos. This is stored only in the App's local database on your device and is not transmitted anywhere.
(b) Advertising. The App may use Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display ads. AdMob may collect and process data such as a device advertising identifier, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads. See Google's policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
(c) Permissions. The App may use Internet access to serve ads. Your ledger data is stored on the device regardless of Internet access.
We do not sell your data. If ads are shown, data described in 2(b) may be shared with Google AdMob for that purpose only.
Your data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. For step-by-step instructions, see our Data Deletion guide.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your data is kept on your device. No method of storage is 100% secure.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
